Will there be other people on the boat?
For ticketed or per-person bookings, there may be other guests onboard during the cruise. However, we keep the experience intimate, and no group larger than 6 passengers will be booked at one time.
For private charters, the vessel is reserved exclusively for your group. You’ll have full control over the guest list, and no outside passengers will be onboard. Private charters accommodate up to 6 passengers total.
What should I wear?
Recommended attire may vary based on the weather, but we always suggest bringing a warm layer for added comfort. If you're joining us for the full-day Coastal Adventure Cruise, don’t forget to pack swimwear for a splash of fun!
What about food and drinks?
Food and drinks are entirely up to you! Guests are welcome to bring any food and/or beverages, including alcohol. Please note that we do not provide food or drinks, so feel free to pack everything you need for your perfect experience. While alcohol is welcome onboard, we kindly remind guests that intoxication at sea can be hazardous. For your safety and the enjoyment of everyone, please drink responsibly.
What amenities do you have on board?
Onboard Cerulean, guests will enjoy the convenience of two private 'wet heads'—bathrooms equipped with freshwater showers. The yacht also features a fully equipped galley with a stovetop, which guests are welcome to use when ocean conditions allow.
What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days before departure.
50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior.
No refunds within 72 hours of departure.
Charters canceled by us due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is available with 72+ hours notice, subject to availability.
For holiday weekends, all sales are final. Reserving a holiday booking means we are holding that time exclusively for your group and often turning away other potential charters in order to do so. Because demand is extremely high and last-minute cancellations are difficult to rebook, holiday weekend reservations are non-refundable.
